Order Confirmation:
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details, including:

Order Tracking:

Login to Your Account: Log in to your account on The Beyond Box website and navigate to the My Orders section. Here, you can view your order history and current status.

Tracking Link: If your order includes a shipment tracking number, a tracking link will be provided in your confirmation email. Click the link to view real-time updates from the courier.
Guest Order Tracking:
If you checked out as a guest, you can still track your order:​

Order Status Updates
Processing: Your order is being prepared.
Shipped: Your order has been dispatched, and tracking information is available.
Delivered: Your order has been successfully delivered.
On Hold: There is a delay with your order; we will contact you with further updates.
